Tomorrow is our Bike MS Challenge. Myself, my mom, two of my pledge sisters, Sam and Jess, and Sam’s dad will being participating. My mom was diagnosed with MS this past spring. Being that she always took care of me when I needed it and spent countless hours with me when I was sick that this was the least I could do to show I support and love her. She decided to accept the challenge as well, and is biking the 20 miles with me. Sam and Jess, my two amazing pledge sisters and best friends, quickly joined our team, along with Sam’s dad. We are all doing this to support the people in our lives with MS, as well as eachother. I couldn’t have ever asked for better sisters than them, and could never thank them for all their love and support. We became Team Barbbdahl, Barbbdahl being my mom’s nickname. So far we have raised $1,005.00, which is great for a rookie team. I am a bit nervous about the ride, but at the same time I know that we are just gonna goof around and have a good time, which is what it’s all about.
